Key Benefits

We understand everyone has different dietary needs so we wanted to create a supplement that can be used by a wide variety of people. This product is Non-Dairy, Paleo-Friendly, Non-GMO, and Keto-Friendly.

Supports Healthy Blood Pressure Levels

Omega-3 fatty acids have been associated with supporting blood pressure levels in the normal range.

Brain Health

Nearly 60% of your brain's density is made up of fat, much of it omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are therefore necessary for normal brain function. Normal cognitive ability and functioning are supported by the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. These fatty acids also support the baby's growing brain.

Healthy Bones

Choosing fish oil softgel can support healthy bones. The omega-3 fatty acids in the supplements promote healthy bones as well as tissues nearby.

Supports healthy weight loss due to diet

According to some research, omega-rich fish oil may contribute in healthy weight loss. People who also adopted a lifestyle modification programme showed these results.

Quality Ingredients You Can Count On

Cholesterol is a fatty molecule that has a waxy consistency and can be found in all of the cells in your body. To produce hormones, vitamin D, and other compounds that are necessary for digestion, your body need a certain amount of cholesterol. Your body is capable of producing all of the cholesterol it requires. Egg yolks, beef, and cheese are examples of foods that come from animals and include cholesterol. Cholesterol can also be found in seafood [1].

EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid)

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is type of omega-3 fatty acids that are present in cold-water fish such as tuna and salmon. EPA is the longer of the two omega-3 fatty acids. In addition to preventing the blood from easily clotting, reducing the amounts of triglycerides in the blood, and having actions that might lessen pain and swelling, EPA possesses these properties.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid)

The ocular and nervous systems both benefit greatly from the presence of DHA throughout early stages of development. DHA has been shown to reduce the thickness of the blood, which in turn reduces swelling (infection), and it also lowers the amount of triglycerides in the blood, which further reduces the risk of heart and circulation illness.
